Siracusa Lemon PGI (Limone di Siracusa IGP)
BioSikelia follows the specification for the Siracusa Lemon PGI (Limone di Siracusa IGP), which guarantees lemons coming exclusively from lemon groves in the province of Siracusa – of the ‘Femminello’ variety – cultivated and harvested according to tradition.
The use of the ‘Limone di Siracusa IGP’ designation is subject to strict control to verify that the product has been cultivated, harvested, and treated in accordance with the rigorous protocols required by the specification and verified by third-party bodies, such as Bioagricert in our case.
