We welcome the newest addition to the Elorina family: Organic Primosole Mandarin, our sweet concentration of Sicilian sunshine.Primosole is a special citrus fruit, discovered about thirty years ago in the countryside of the Primosole area, in the province of Catania, near the Simeto river, and owes its name also to its precocity: it is the first mandarin of the season to ripen. We tested it in the field (our favorite moment), harvested it by hand, packed it in our new custom nets, and now it is ready to bring new colors and flavors to the Elorina world.
Primosole is sweet, juicy, irresistible, but the best way to describe it is not with words—it’s with segments.
