We harvest our organic blood oranges in winter, and thanks to the research and selection work of our agronomic team, the varieties we cultivate feature excellent sweetness and juiciness.
The oranges are harvested by hand, selecting the fruits at the optimal stage of ripeness. This is followed by sorting, washing, grading, and packaging in suitable crates or mesh bags. The entire process is designed to preserve the natural freshness of the fruit and guarantee maximum quality through to the end consumer.
